3m Remote cord with ferrules and cable lugs (3 x 1,5mm²)
Benefits: really flexible, cord is resilient and damp-resistant. Temperature-resistant till 180 °C. The cabels end is provided with ferrules and cable lugs (3 x 1,5mm²).
Ferrules and cable lugs are used to shield the stripped ends of stranded wires so that they can be attached to terminals without harming the single wires.
Ferrules faciliate the inserting of cables into terminals and ensure good electric connections inside them.
Cable lugs enable a clamp contact with electrically conducting components with a screw, as is the case with conventional ballast.
So, this cord is ONLY right for analogue ETI ballasts, NOT for digital B.A.L. devices.
