The deadline for your delivery starts with paying via prepayment on the day after placing the payment order to the transferring commercial bank resp. when using other methods of payment from the day after concluding the contract.
The delivery deadline expires with the last day of the time limit. In case the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or an official recognized holiday (in the nation we deliver to), the next working day (monday - friday) supersedes.
2) Exclusion and early expiration of rights of revocation
The right of revocation does not remain with contracts, where
• products are delivered, that are not prefabricated and where for their manuacturing an individual variety or option due to the customer's wish is relevant or if it is explicitly tailored to the customer's personal requirements;
• products are delivered, that may decay easily or whose date of expiry would exceed;
• alcoholic products are delivered, whose prices were arranged in conclusion of the contract, but can be delivered 30 days after the conclusion at the earliest and whose updated value is depending on the market fluctuation, on which the contractor has no influence;
• newspapers, magazines or pictorials are delivered with the exclusion of standing orders.
The right of revocation ceases ahead of schedule, if
• sealed products are delivered, that are not suited for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, when the seals are removed after being delivered;
• products are delivered, that were due to their nature mixed inseparately with other items after being delivered;
• sound recordings or video recordings as well as computer software are delivered in a sealed package, where the seal was removed after being delivered.
3) Legal warranty claims for defects
The warranty for defects complies with item number eight of our General Terms and Conditions.
