The UDOPEA Carb Cap Dabber is made of Ti2 titanium, that is extremely heat-resistant.
The oil tool is composed of a dabber with a so-called carb cap, a smoke catcher. This is used to vaporize oil at low temperature. That provides a smoother and more tasteful smoke.
At first, the oil is applied on the oil nail with the dabber. Then, the smoke catcher immediately is placed on it and you can start smoking. Due to a diameter of 25mm outside and 22mm on the inside, the smoke catcher fits on most nails.
For an easier handling of the tool, the dabber can be unscrewed from the top of the carb cap and screwed back into the side of it.
