Additionally to the plant nutrition you can apply supplements when you are cultivating plants under artificial light in closed rooms. Supplements give - depending on what phase of growth it is in - minerals and trace elements to the plant. More than that, supplements apply agents to icrease the absobtion and exploitation of nutrients and fertilizers. Applying only supplements to the plant won't be enough to feed your plants.
