Greenception cluster LED lamps are optimated for the application in plant breeding. Due to the square design, square areas are ideally illuminated, stray light losses are reduced.
So that you can work without additional light, the Greenception LEDs are equipped with up to 8 different light colors. In detail these are:
380nm (UV-A, minimal amount for controlling the hormone balance - UV-A has NO direct effect on the photosynthesis)
455nm (blue, important for impacting the growth form - more blue for more compact plants)
630nm (red, important for the photosynthesis - more red for more biomass)
660nm (deep red, important for photosynthesis and flower formation - deep red raises the biomass and expedites the flower formation especially)
720nm (ultra red, important for the flower formation - expedites the sprouting of flowers)
760nm (infrared, minimal amount for controlling the hormone balance - infrared has NO direct effect on the photosynthesis)
6400k - cold white for the base load coverage during growth
2100k - warm white for the base load coverage during flowering
The mix ratio of Greenception LED lamps is not determined and the user can modify it by switching off and on the modules. During their growth plants often need another light mix than during their flowering (e.g. for getting a more compact growth form).
For this purpose 8 light colors in 3 different mixes are put together in modules. The centerpiece of every module is a very efficient full spectrum COB chip. It has got a color temperature of 3000k that is assembled of many single chips and is suitable for any plant in any growth stage.
The COB chip is developed for maximum PAR per watt (photosynthesis active radiation). SMD chips by Osram (red, deep red, infrared) and CREE (blue and white) are added. They can be switched separately and move the spectrum of the COB chips in direction blue (for strong, compact growth) or in direction red for big, lush flowers and fruits.

Modul I is optimized for the growth. A relatively big amount blue and white ensure a compact growth form.
Modul II is suitable for flowering as well as growth. Ideal plant light full spectrum.
Modul III is optimized for the flowering. Very big amount of red and an extra infrared boost.
The modules are separately switchable:
Module I: Growth 1x 32W
Module II: Full spectrum: 2x32W
Module III: Flowering: 1x 32W
As opposed to many other LED lamps, Greenception only uses chips of considerable manufacturers with highest quality like Osram and Cree.
For the GC 4 we recommend a base area of max. 60x60cm
