    The GIB Lighting PRO-V-T is a conventional ballast without internal cable connections and thus prevents cable fires, which can be caused by spark discharge at the cable ends. Thus, the conventional GIB Lighting PRO-V-T ballast safely and reliably switches both sodium and metal halide lamps.
     
    Flexible and safe thanks to the remote ignition device and explosion-proof capacitor

    The integrated remote ignition device allows the connection of up to 20 meters of cable between the lamp and the ballast. In addition, the explosion-proof capacitor protects against external influences such as lightning. The anti-vibration feet ensure smooth and silent operation. Compared to standard devices, the conventional GIB Lighting PRO-V-T ballast consumes up to 6% less power.

    Note: PRO-V-T 400W comes without cable. For connection to power supply and light source, a damp-proof cable and an SAS cable are required.

    Maximum cable length for metal halide lamps:
    3-core cable = 1 m
    2-core cable = 2 m

    Maximum cable length for sodium vapor lamps:
    3-core cable = 10 m
    2-core cable = 20 m
