Fruhstorfer Soil for sowing and planting out is a ready-to-use cultivated substratum for the cultivation of young plants. It is used for sowing, inserting cuttings and planting out seedlings. The nutrient content and pH value are especially adapted to suit young plants. The added respiratory flakes support the soil air regime and encourage root formation.
The condition in which the soil is delivered has the right culture moisture for plants. The young plants may be cut or planted out without any further preparation. After inserting the plants, moisten them slightly. Water normal plants, which have been planted out well and cover them if necessary. In the case of very fine seeds dampen the earth well before planting out to avoid the risk of the seeds being washed away.
