Bowls
Glass bowls, that are holding your herbs when you lit them, are placed on top of a downstem (adapter shillum), a precooler or a glass filter. Each bowl is according to its cut male or female and can be used to smoke tobacco, herbs or even oily substances. Many downtubes have a male cut section and are suited for the majority of glassbongs. Those with a female cut are often shaped like a dome and often used in combination with titan or glass nails to smoke wax or oils.
