The Black Leaf precooler has got two duties to do with smoking bong. The first is to keep the bong a little cleaner, for the Black Leaf precooler avoids too much deposit of smoke and tobacco to adhere to the bong. That makes the smoke smooth and gentle. The second business is, that's what the name sounds like, is to pre-cool the smoke with water before it floats into the bong.

The connection to the chillum and the connection to the bong are both cut 14/5.
